Horrible service. Very unreliable. Internet outage every few days at midnight. 10 outages in 3 weeks.

Most pathetic internet company I think I've ever used; what's not wrong with them. Terrible customer service on a Friday evening, holding for 2 hours only to get excuses; pay for highest package they have and get 35mbps. Plus many more excuses; they have used everything in the book. Think it's time for attorney on this since this has been going on since day one.

I usually don’t post stuff like this but don’t get Resound for your internet. The service is not good at all. My internet was bouncing around and I had to keep calling them and would work for a little while but it would start again. This happened for months. I called them to cancel and they told me that I would be charged an early cancellation fee. since they bought Echo, service has gone downhill. Customer service is completely unskilled, looooong hold times.

wifi is worse then suddenlink & charge more than suddenlink! worse wifi & customer service I've had. rather put up with suddenlink with better & cheaper wifi!

Y’all should stop buying out internet companies. Echo was awesome as soon as you took over service is hit or miss. Judging by your reviews this seems to be a theme for this company. If you are going to offer internet make it work otherwise offer maybe internet maybe it will work maybe it won’t

You just called a customer with this echo/resound for over a year “it” Resound internet are fraudulent. Stating they let everyone have till the end of the month or so to pay their months bill if that’s true why am I shut off and now delinquent over 150 bucks because my invoice states October they were and are completely disrespectful they insist they are giving me a month of service they are still demanding payment for after thinking they hung up I head them slur me and my husband treating us like scum Tammy Allen is not f... read more

I canceled my Internet today today due to it constantly going out. I would like to speak with someone who will be able to help me get this issue resolved, because honestly I felt mistreated. I have never missed a payment, nor have I ever been late on a payment, and I was treated as such. What I was trying to talk to someone about was that I didn't realize that when I signed the tablet that the installation Tech had, I was signing a contract. Ever since @ResoundNetworks bought out Echo, our internet service has been horrible!! With Echo, we were able to text them directly if we had an outage and they jumped right on troubleshooting the problem. Now, with Resound, we have to call a toll free number and go through several prompts just to be put in a call waiting cue. Not too long ago we were #12 in the cue and after waiting for 30 minutes, we finally made it to the #1 position.
