since they bought Echo, service has gone downhill. Customer service is completely unskilled, looooong hold times.
wifi is worse then suddenlink & charge more than suddenlink! worse wifi & customer service I've had. rather put up with suddenlink with better & cheaper wifi!
Y’all should stop buying out internet companies. Echo was awesome as soon as you took over service is hit or miss. Judging by your reviews this seems to be a theme for this company. If you are going to offer internet make it work otherwise offer maybe internet maybe it will work maybe it won’t
You just called a customer with this echo/resound for over a year “it” Resound internet are fraudulent. I canceled my Internet today today due to it constantly going out. I would like to speak with someone who will be able to help me get this issue resolved, because honestly I felt mistreated. I have never missed a payment, nor have I ever been late on a payment, and I was treated as such. What I was trying to talk to someone about was that I didn't realize that when I signed the tablet that the installation Tech had, I was signing a contract. Ever since @ResoundNetworks bought out Echo, our internet service has been horrible!! With Echo, we were able to text them directly if we had an outage and they jumped right on troubleshooting the problem. Now, with Resound, we have to call a toll free number and go through several prompts just to be put in a call waiting cue. Not too long ago we were #12 in the cue and after waiting for 30 minutes, we finally made it to the #1 position. Have had horrible service since Echo was taken over. We can see the tower, have sent several messages with no response and internet is at a snails pace. Echo responded within an hour. We PAY for the highest package. If the wind changes, rain is anywhere in the area, temps change, or its during prime time sports or tv program time, it buffers and buffers. Step it up please or adjust our days of little to no use.
I thought Echo was the absolute worst ISP, but then Resound bought them out! They've really stepped up their game! My wifi is even worse now somehow! I can't even load a speed test. You want an idea to improve? Let another company that knows what they're doing take over. If you cannot provide the promised and paid for service, you should close your doors.
