Got connected this week love it! No lag on Netflix, phones, or iPads even with 6 people in the house. Installation crew was very diligent and made sure everything was perfect before they left.

We have this internet service at our house and we LOVE. Me and my momma get our beloved Netflix, Kaylea gets her YouTube videos, Jarron can stream all he wants on his PS4, and my dad can get some of his work done right here in our home. I got this right before Christmas. Had issues the first week. They came out to update the equipment why would you start a new customer with out dated equipment. worked for less than a week will not keep a connection. Service center was yep you have no connections wait until we can get someone out there. I feel this company is not worth it a waste of my time and energy.

I have had so many connectivity issues with Resound that I had to cancel my service. The router would constantly drop connection. With a work from home job, this is unacceptable.
