RecommendedGreg is the guy to ask for! Long story short, many service calls, new routers, reset this, reset that, doing what they could to fix the issue in office.. for two years! Greg looked at one cord, it was burnt. Thank goodness Greg was working on a neighbors WiFi and I said hey can you look at mine too! Up and running again!
