RecommendedI refer ALL my friends and family to Resound!! I have had VERY few problems (2 exactly) since January, when I became a Resound customer, and they are VERY quick to respond, and fix issues. 😁

RecommendedI've updated all my equipment to Resound Network from Wave direct and I really enjoy it. The customer service is great, they even called me after a power outage to make sure my internet was working. The only thing is when a tower goes down but that's normal with this stupid weather. Other than that, I love it!

RecommendedI had been experiencing no internet connectivity since Friday evening, and when I first called over to Resound the next day, the 24-hour team answered it, took down notes, and stated that there was an outage in the area. So I took the chance in calling them today, which is Labor Day, not expecting to get put through. RecommendedWe have only had Resound for a week but they have worked so hard to get us up and running. We are in. The middle of nowhere and have been told by every company that we can’t have internet. Well, now we do! I have never had people work so hard to get our problems solved and they put in so much time and effort and they were so nice! Highly recommend Resound!
