Even though we were dealing with an emergency situation, they were able to handle it quickly, professionally, and were very courteous.
This is a terrific company to work with. Top notch all the way around. I'm a critical guy by nature, but I cannot think of how the company could possibly improve.
My fire was November 7th, and the problem is that Restoration Management Company failed to come in and help my home recover by putting the plastic up that was needed for excess debris to come down. That sat for weeks, and I felt it was neglected. The air quality, inside the home because I was sleeping outside of the home in a trailer, could've been improved immediately by having an air scrubber for the area that the electrical fire burned up into the attic, and it was never covered. It was the most horrible service I have ever had. There was a leak in my building. They came and started yelling at me in Spanish. They gave me inaccurate instructions. They left standing water. They were supposed to remove it, but they didn't and then charged me an arm and a leg for it.
Employee knowledge regarding items that were burned in a fire was very low. Efficiency when performing restoration work was very low.
