I hired your company for mold damage due to a roof water leak. Your company did not address the mold problem but instead requested for an asbestos inspection which was not something that was any concern for us. At that time I was confused and not sure why Chris your manager was requesting am asbestos inspection and I thought it was required for them to be able to do the mold clean up. The fire happened January 1st both companies bs me for 2 months on completing my apartment cleaning my items and returning them. I was over charged from both companies. So I see them as frauds.
The workers that were removing the lead based paint, wood frames, and trim, some of them were careless. They destroyed more things around those frames. I had to find contractors to fix that. So far, it has cost me around $10,000.00 to fix that.
They are a lying piece of crap.
Very poor work. Customer Service wasn't good. Communication wasn't there. They basically didn't do what they said they would do. A couple of the crew guys went on vacation and left the job half-way done. It didn't go well. Hopefully, it's not like that for everybody.
They were provided by my insurance company (Allstate). I don't have much comparison. But it took more time than I expected to get floors removed.
