When they initially came out, they did so in a timely manner and did what they were supposed to do. When they left with their equipment and took down the tape, they didn't reconnect some items, including a water filter and a garage disposal, and sliced a pipe behind a wall in the process. They came back afterwards when the equipment was gone. They attempted to fix the slivered pipe and crack but didn't do it right.
