I am a mom of four and I injured my lower back the day before Christmas lifting a bicycle from a seated position. It was the most excruciating pain I have ever been in in my entire life. Ben Mcchesney has been my physical therapist for my total knee replacement 4 years ago and I just finished therapy for my low back. They will help you do the work to get back to full health!
