RecommendedI’m amazed at how much better I feel. My physician sent me in because I had neck pain radiating down into my right arm and leg. I was afraid my hip was going bad. RecommendedMy experience at Results changed my life! As a runner, I was dealing with severe shin splints and was hardly able to run short distances without limping. Through exercise and strength training in key areas, my problem was solved in a matter of a month and a half! I no longer suffer from shin splints, and am running my first marathon in November. I appreciate Results and the staff there SO much!!! I would recommend them to the entire running community!
Recommendedthanks Ben and Abby last year I had a hip flexor muscle issues.that kept me from running. I just finished the Cleveland Half Marathon. I finished 10 minutes faster this year versus last year. also on a basic training run I have increased my pace by over a minute I am much stronger running up hills also.
