Lacee is always welcoming and so helpful. Recovery has been a lot easier with such a supportive staff!
Alivia and Lacee in Cleveland are awesome. Pt isn't always fun, but they make it worth going. Great people.
The guys and gals at Results are awesome. They made going to PT a lot easier. It's like one big family!
This is my second week going to Results Physiotherapy. Everyone in the office is great. They got me set up for my first appointment with ease and quick. Alivia and Lacee are awesome they are personable and very professional. My physical therapist, Tell is top notch. He listens to you and challenges you. If you are looking for a place to go. You need to go here. I can't say enough positive things about going here.
First day, was called told appointment 1:30 got there early to fill out paperwork. then was told your appointments not till 2pm. So was there 50 mins before I was seen. I lost work time cause I wasn't told that the 1:30 time was for paperwork and 2pm was the appointment time. Or wouldn't have got there early to do paperwork. Not a good start and I will I going to be charged for this, even though I have lost extra work time. Not a professional place so far.
