Overall terrific experience w Tyler. Thorough, efficient, patient, personable. After he left I realized we did not review key fob use/functions. The next day I realized that using battery only smart door bell means the door ball does not chime indoors - or so I think. This we not explained at initial marketing/sales call or at installation. Still - I will highly recommend this team. They have been available for all questions thereafter. Thanks!
