The equipment has malfunctioned three times in the less than three months I've had it. and I was told by the installing agent that only he could reset it, as opposed to being able to reset it myself. However, the installing agent hasn't shown to reset the equipment after multiple attempts at contacting him. Contacted the "manager" who said he would send another agent to replace the equipment and this person not only didn't know, but also didn't even contact me to say he wouldn't call. They came over a week ago and only put half our equipment up, but starting charging us the monthly fee. We contacted them about getting the system finished and they couldn’t even give us a ETA. So now we our paying for a service we don’t even get.
