My new system is easy to use and the cameras are really clear. The installer made sure I was comfortable with the system before he left. I'm very happy with ADT.

Sales representative and installation technician were easy to work with, and did a great job. Service was purchased and installed within 3 days, along with an affordable monthly payment plan. Cameras and alarms work great, easy to use app for camera monitoring and alarm arm/disarm. Highly recommend.

Good until AC wouldn’t come on after we had left house for several hours. Noticed thermostat was mounted off level and thought that might be problem. Leveled thermostat, but still no AC. Called our sales contact and within 45 minutes problem was corrected by Jermey. Had blown fuse on AC unit in attic.

Tech was professional, polite. He didn't clean d efficient.
Jon, who came to install the equipment explained everything I needed to know to make the right decision for my needs for choosing the best alarm system for me.
