I would and... (Verified Renter) I would and instead of the first floor would recommend the 3rd floor. Would also recommend getting gnat bombs or repellent.

Overall, this apartment... (Verified Renter) Overall, this apartment complex is very nice! The look and location are hard to beat. There was an issue that caused our floors to be replaced right after we moved in, which my fiance and I agree should have been noticed prior to us moving in. However, Reveal on Cumberland has excellent service and has handled the few things we needed fixed right away. Beautiful community, my... (Verified Renter) Beautiful community, my hesitation is that last year and this year there have been major pool issues. I understand things happen beyond your control. But waiting until the end of May to announce the pool wasn'??t going to open wasn'??t cool. It opened late & closed early last year, and this year doesn'??t look any better.

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, repairs were delayed due to weather and unforeseen issues. We communicated the status of pool repairs regularly and passed information along to residents as soon as we got it. The pool opened Memorial Day and closed Labor Day last year, which is standard. I really enjoyed... (Verified Renter) I really enjoyed the apartment itself. My hope is that now the small problems I experienced have since been resolved.

For my work,... (Verified Renter) For my work, this location is wonderful. However, I would not strongly recommend this complex for the reasons mentioned above.
