Good location, nice... (Verified Renter) Good location, nice apartments, good clubhouse. The worst feature are other renters who will not pick up after themselves or their dogs. I think allowing two dogs in these apartments per family is quite a stretch and maybe should be reviewed by management. The apartment quality on Taos Drive will improve when the 10 hour a day construction is over.

The parking is... (Verified Renter) The parking is not good. And the garages are not in a desirable location compared to the apartment. But I love the apartment and the pool. Parking is a big issue relative to where I have to enter where I live so the parking will probably be the thing that makes me not live there, unfortunately.

Reasons I would... (Verified Renter) Reasons I would not recommend this complex to others would be that there doesn't seem to be any enforcement when it comes to residents smoking. Also, as someone who doesn't have a pet I get very disgusted in walking down the hall or down the stairs that I have to dodge dog poop. In one case there was a pile that remained outside my door for three days, even after I called the office.

Awful parking, misleading staff, poor maintenance, paper thin walls.. I moved here with my boyfriend in November of 2018. Although we love our actual apartment we are not pleased with the services of the staff AT ALL. To name a few: 1. We were completely misled about the parking here (I initially was told the parking was not a problem by any means and THEN when brought to their attention that it was, which was pretty immediate after we moved in; was informed by the same staff member that my building has the worst parking) It... read more

It?s a nice... (Verified Renter) It?s a nice complex overall. I just hope to see a little more care taken of the grounds. The worst part about living here is the parking. I often come home at 7 pm and there is not one spot near my apartment complex to park. So that can be frustrating.

“New” And “old” reviews I am a Current Resident at Reveal. I noticed Some of the new reviews are written by the same person with the same verbiage (most likely an office staff friend of employee) praising this apartment complex. It is NOT a 3-5 Star complex. This place hasn’t don’t landscaping the entire time I’ve lived here. There is standing water all over the property. In the winter this is ICE. Kids were skipping all over the complex last year. Photos aren’t reality Although this property is fairly new, it is in poor shape. First, the walls are TISSUE PAPER thin! (For example; I was sitting in my living room and my neighbor sneezed in his apartment beyond my bedroom wall. I said in a normal voice, “bless you” He replied with “thanks.”) the insulation and windows are awful and heating and cooling bills are high.
