I love the... (Verified Renter) I love the look of the apartments, I've not had any safety issues, and it's a very nice place to live.
I loved the... (Verified Renter) I loved the location and overall, the inside of the apartments were nice and spacious. I did not enjoy the community areas; they were gross but that was probably because of residents.
Nice but Noisy Reveal on Cumberland is located in a great area. I am easily able to access I-69, I-465, and I-70. Great for those commuting to work. When I moved in the process was quick and simple, I was sent everything I needed to know or fill out beforehand. The finishes are excellent and you can really tell thought went into the design of the apartment or community. My one complaint is that I can hear everything my neighbors do and the people above me. Nice apartment complex I moved here during the summer, I like the complex and the apartment as well. Very modern apartments. The only thing I don't like is that people who are not residents are allowed in the pool area, So pool stays full at all times, I found in many occasions glass bottles that can be dangerous for children.
BEWARE OF INCOMPETENT MANAGEMENT I would leave zero stars if I could! REVEAL on Cumberland in Fishers, Indiana is an extremely unprofessional and mismanaged apartment complex. I am making a cross country move from California to Indiana and have been visiting properties virtually. The renting process while being out of state is already difficult and this company has been extremely shady in the process. I have recommended... (Verified Renter) I have recommended to a friend. That friend recommended to a family member who was moving from Illinois to Indiana. From what I have heard she has had a horrible experience. When she arrive with her moving truck her apartment was not ready. It had not been cleaned at all. They had to put her up in a hotel. She had to pay the movers extra for the extended days. When she moved in the apartment still was not clean. Her experience has made me nervous to tell others. This is also a few week... read more
They raise my... (Verified Renter) They raise my rent every year to a point I am paying more than people who are moving in or that I can rent else ware... I will move if you raise my rent again!
We like the... (Verified Renter) We like the valet trash, but it does create a mess in the hallways and elevator. People do not double bag and liquid stains are in many areas. Also trash in cracks of stairs, etc. maybe it is the lesser of two evils, but people come over and see this which is a negative image even if your apartment looks great. Maybe need to power wash? I chose this... (Verified Renter) I chose this apartment community for its no smoking requirement. Some tenants ignore that and for that reason I would hesitate to recommend this community to friends. Although parking is reasonable they need more parking spaces.
