I worked here and had work done at my house. It was probably the worst experience I've ever had with a company. The miscommunication between everyone and pointing the fingers at each other. We had no heat, at all for the coldest weeks in January. They gave us 2 small space heaters to warm a whole house. Hilarious. I have been talking with revise since March. They have no showed appointments, finally showed in May. In July I get a call that the person who came was terminated so I have to repeat the process!!!!! They text me I have an appointment today at noon and no show again!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THEM for your home energy assessment, the work will never get done!
Similar situation to post of Ruth M. June 19, 2025 on YELP. I had a new furnace and Carrier AC systems put in 2020. Serviced in 2023 Last Sept 2024 service call AC iced over, and refrigerant needed to be added. Warning - do your research! Revise did an absolute hackjob of my attic insulation - bathroom ceiling cold, moldy and wet when it was always 100% dry before, the detail around the edge of my top plate / rafters was done completely wrong and now the edge of my ceilings around the house are full of spots 20 degrees colder than the rest of the ceiling and the only way it can be corrected is to completely vacuum out all the insulation they blew in and re-do from scratch. AVOID REVISE!! I have lived in my home in Boxford for 36 years, and in that time have engaged many contractors for repairs and improvements, and my experience with most of those has been excellent.
