Everything before the day of the appointment was great, which isn’t saying much. At first the technician was courteous and knowledgeable. Explained his findings and incentives for us to review later. Here is my list of issues and why we will NOT use Revise or recommend them: 1. Drilled holes in my walls to verify my insulation, which was okay. I don’t own cleaning up your mess you leave behind! Don’t ever use this company. The work was sloppy, they had to come back to fix things multiple times and then when it was time to send us the paperwork for the rebate they sent the wrong paperwork. We have contacted them so many times for the correct paperwork. Email after email with no response. Nobody answers the phone when you call. They had no problem taking my money but now can’t send the required paperwork for MassSave so we can get our rebate. POOR SERVICE!!! I’ve warned you.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
This guy playing with his phone made him blow through a red light & almost caused an accident that had a family in the car. Then blew through a stop sign mins later.
RecommendedThank you, Revise Energy. They came out two weeks ago to give us a free energy assessment and today they are installing insulation in our attic. They are completely masked and using so much care to protect our new flooring and carpeting while they work. Couldn't be happier!
They showed up when they said, did their work efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves. Can feel the difference already.
We had them come in to do the energy assessment. They said we qualified for a rebate on the new furnace we had depietro install. That was last November and we still haven’t received the rebate and we sent in all the paper work and information needed. I also lost my central air condition. And wanted to use the rebate to help pay for a new one and now I have nothing. Customer service and follow up is not great.
Revise Energy came to our house to do an energy audit at no charge. They replace 50 lightbulbs and two power cords which will save us hundreds of dollars. They also determined that the walls of our house aren't insulated so we're excited to have them come back to do that work. With the government rebate, this work is being done for a fraction of the cost and the savings in energy will pay for our insulation within 5 years.
