Everything before the day of the appointment was great, which isn’t saying much. At first the technician was courteous and knowledgeable. Explained his findings and incentives for us to review later. Don’t ever use this company. The work was sloppy, they had to come back to fix things multiple times and then when it was time to send us the paperwork for the rebate they sent the wrong paperwork. We have contacted them so many times for the correct paperwork. Email after email with no response. Nobody answers the phone when you call. They had no problem taking my money but now can’t send the required paperwork for MassSave so we can get our rebate. POOR SERVICE!!! I’ve warned you.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
This guy playing with his phone made him blow through a red light & almost caused an accident that had a family in the car. Then blew through a stop sign mins later.
RecommendedThank you, Revise Energy. They came out two weeks ago to give us a free energy assessment and today they are installing insulation in our attic. They are completely masked and using so much care to protect our new flooring and carpeting while they work. Couldn't be happier!
