We had them come in to do the energy assessment. They said we qualified for a rebate on the new furnace we had depietro install. That was last November and we still haven’t received the rebate and we sent in all the paper work and information needed. I also lost my central air condition. And wanted to use the rebate to help pay for a new one and now I have nothing. Customer service and follow up is not great.
Revise Energy came to our house to do an energy audit at no charge. They replace 50 lightbulbs and two power cords which will save us hundreds of dollars. They also determined that the walls of our house aren't insulated so we're excited to have them come back to do that work. With the government rebate, this work is being done for a fraction of the cost and the savings in energy will pay for our insulation within 5 years.
