Problems with Product/Service Danielle R**** Tax Consultant, of R&G Brenner Income Tax did my 2020 income tax. I emailed her all my tax information, I did not electronically signed my papers before she took it upon herself to push it through, when she finally sent me my papers I saw additional charges to her fee, I asked her about it, I told her I dont want to pay additional charges, I sent her normal fee to her account. Problems with Product/Service On March 10, 2021 my husband and I prepared our tax return with an employee (Rene ******) of R&G Brenner located on *** **** **** ******. On March 13 we paid $1225 for the cost of preparing our tax return, which comprised of both a business return and our joint personal tax return. Delivery Issues Filed my irs statement on 4 March 2021 with rg brenne cpa lawyer dennis grogan. I never received my returns. I called grogan, his assistant Melissa confessed she didn't mail rhe retuns. She said she wwould. And still no returns came in the post. I called Valley Stream hqs. Problems with Product/Service Agent Darlene R**** took my personal and dependent information after receiving my tax forms dropped at this office. I emailed her 2 additional tax papers and asked her to contact me if anything needed. She did not answer subsequent phone call and emails after our initial chats and email contact. Billing/Collection Issues R&G Brenner processed my tax return beginning of February. Charges for services $410. Preparer forgot to file 1 form. I provided all forms. RI never received my refund scheduled to be received before end February. I contacted Barbara and Kimberly L*** to ask if everything was done correctly. They said yes. I have been audited and when reaching out to this tax company regarding my issue, they have given me the run around for over three months regarding this situation.
