Our salesman Johnny was very customer oriented and we had no pressure. The truck we were interested in was ready for us to test drive having been detailed and full tank of gas upon arrival. We love our newly purchased used F350 truck in less than 3 hours!
My ’17 JKU was giving a check engine light and ‘gas cap’ error code. I had been told by my regular local dealership in Mt. Juliet, same day, I would have to make an appt, bring it back, and there would be a minimum “diagnostic fee” of $120. I went to Rhythm Jeep Rivergate for a 2nd opinion and spoke with Gary in Service. He connected a Code Reader Diagnostic Tool to diagnose the issue. He told me that it could just need a system update to make the code go away.
