Mobile service technician from Riata arrived as scheduled and performed recall services and attempted to resolve 12 volt battery issues. Unfortunately the 12-volt issues remain and continue to create uncertainty about reliability of new Maverick Hybrid truck, which other than the 12-volt battery has been a great truck.
Joe was courteous and kept me informed throughout my service. I always like going to Riata because they do their best to make sure I’m happy with my service
