It was a pleasure working with Michael Jackson and RJ, they are easy to work with and very transparent. This was the second time in about two months we needed to purchase a vehicle. If it wasn't for them we would purchase elsewhere. Finance, we understand they need to make money through their options but we feel both times the person has been rude and unprofessional. Service center seemed slow but got the job done. Not very informative. Will was suppose to have my tank filled with gas per Jeff but this did not happen. Michael Jackson did not really do anything to show me the truck or talk about it features. It was all about the numbers for him. I got upset about the low ball offer on my trade in F-150 Lariat as I know what Kelly blue book was offering.
