First, let me say I was very happy with my salesman, Michael Jackson. Michael went above and beyond as my advocate, even after he'd made the sale. That said, there where some issues that came up that - though resolved in my favor - caused some delays and frustrations to me. Some of these probably were just due to a lack of communication between various parts of the Riata team (sales, loaner car, service, etc.) and may also have been due to some unique circumstances with the vehicle I purchased.
It was my first service for my truck and it was a pleasant experience and easy experience.
Simón treated us with respect and was very helpful throughout the process of purchasing our new vehicle.
Edger was wonderful with getting me in a new Edge. Fast and even brought the Edge to me at work
