The staff was very helpful and polite from the moment we got off our vehicle. I know we spoke with certain staff members but everyone we crossed paths acknowledged us.

My experience with most dealers would not be favorable. However, I walked into Riata Ford and an entirely different way of buying a car. There was no pressure and my sales person, Enaci Hayes was a champ. She didn’t try to sell me anything, she helped guide me through the pleasant buying experience.
