I read reviews saying Riata was great, and that was our experience. Joshua was knowledgeable, flexible, and friendly. He helped us look at multiple models, sat was us on a test drive, and helped us get through the process of ordering our Truck. He texted us as soon as the truck came in on a weekend with a photo, before it was even at Riata, to give us a heads up to plan when we would come in to pay and get papers. Very efficient and proficient. Explained everything and was done with my car in good time.
Little long for an oil change (almost 3hrs), however, the service sales person was nice and assisted me with another issue going on with the vehicle.
Very satisfied with the service and informative nature of the quick lane option and the wait time was reasonable.
