I think it's always a pretty stressful experience when purchasing a new vehicle because you never know if something will go wrong. The dealership was fine with the standard service issues. However, there was a speciality service I requested & they were unable to perform. They claimed it was an issue unique with the Hybrid F-150. All that being said, you would think Ford corporate could assist them with the unique technical/electrical issue. The dealer indicated Ford corporate has no such dealer assistance network (which is ignorant of Ford if actually the case). I tried to directly contact Ford myself, to no avail. Absolutely top-notch service. I showed up without an appointment and they went above and beyond to get me in and out timely and Nicole was super helpfulf.
They were here on time. Fixed two small recall items & changed my oil right on the curb by my house in less than thirty minutes. The guys were friendly & courteous. All-in-all it was a great experience and I would highly recommend others use it. It was much better than other dealers where it took 2-3 weeks to just get an appointment then half a day sitting around the dealership.
Absolute best experience! This is my second vehicle I’ve purchased from them and they have been phenomenal. Very friendly and very informative. I will always purchase my trucks from Riata!
