When we purchased our vehicle, the initial start with Edgar turned out good and then, after I told him I wanted four new tires, he argued back-and-forth with me and some to the point of not even responding. Nicole was awesome and very helpful. My vehicle was ready very quickly and I was able to pick it up with no issues. I am mobility impaired and my vehicle was delivered right to the door of the Service Center so I didn’t have to walk very far to get in. I appreciate how considerate everyone was.
