Ricardo and his team are simply amazing. I can’t say enough about his quick response time (even late in the day and on weekends!), his professionalism, his industry knowledge, and his ability to get things done. We had a complicated loan situation, and he and his team came through in a big way! They were always very communicative, clear about what was needed, and set clear expectations.
