Rick it an absolute stud. We had a significant amount of unusual hurdles with this purchase due to many moving parts. It took quite a bit of thinking outside of the box in order make everything come together. Rick went above and beyond to work out all the moving parts of our home purchase. Without Rick and our loan processor, Julia, there’s is no way we would have made it to the closing table. I will be using this awesome team for every real estate transaction going forward.

Rick and his team were phenomenal! I'm so very grateful for all of his help throughout this entire process. Rick and his team got us closed in less than 3 weeks!
