Richard took on a fairly complicated refinance because we have several businesses and entities as well as investment properties. Our file went through much angst and thousands of pages of documentation ... then additional paperwork ... then more paperwork. Not only did Richard listen to me rant and rave about the tedious nit picking details during a time of COVID - we got 3 refinances completed that started July 2020 and completed March 2021.
