My loan was a difficult one. I had applied with Bof A and after 45 days they denied it. I had an apprasal done and they were supposed to transfer it to Evolve, but BofA for whatever reason failed to transfer it. Richard worked with them almost daily but in the end I had to get another appraisal. My point is Richard never gave up on us. He was very professional and patient.
