We are so glad to have had Richard on our side. Richard has mortgages down to a science. Saved us hundreds on our monthly and because how responsive and on top of everything he was, he got us to close earlier then expected. On top of everything, he is a kind human being and truly cared about us. We are definitely going to be using Richard in the future again.

I really enjoyed working with Richard. He was very communicative which I really appreciated and he was always available to explain things to us, walk us through the process and was on top of everything. He also got us an incredible rate during this time of very high interest. The only downside was that about half way through the process he told us that the initial loan product he had told us we were eligible for did not actually exist and we had to get a HELOC for the remainder of the loan with a very high interest rate.
