I love taking my car in to Christina. She's knowledgeable/she watches the time (because I usually wait for it) and I know it's done right. I've never had any problems.

Overall experience not toobad but was notified vehicle being done. When I got to the service department it was the wrong vehicle. I drive a max steel ram 1500 big horn. It was confused with a white ram sprinter van. Was told it would be done before 5pm not done till close to 6pm. Also being charged a $60 work order fee is trash. Was told for inconvenience somethimg would be worked out. Nothing was discounted.
