Thank you for the opportunity to comment. My first disappointing experience with this dealership. The service advisor essentially stated that I HAD to accept a $155 assessment fee which would include checking fluid levels etc. I was there for an ignition switch. I was -not- permitted to decline! It would turn out that a Jeep dealership was unable to repair a 1992 Wrangler. I was therefore able to duck this initial assessment fee in favor of patronizing Collins Jeep.
