Called in the morning to see if I could get an inspection. Asked if they were busy? Is there a line? Do I need an appointment? No, we can get you right in I was told. I ended up waiting half an hour before they even got to my truck. Took an additional 30 minutes to inspect it. It would be nice if they'd be upfront and tell you that you'll be there ______ minutes or hour(s) so you can plan your day better!
