What a mess! I set an appointment online with all vehicle info. Showed up on time and was told they could not service my vehicle for 4-5 days. Not the end of the world. Asked for a loaner and was told they do not offer loaners but I could purchase a rental for $15 per day (truck is under warranty by the way). Online they commit to offering loaners, free Lyft within 20 miles, and a laundry list if benefits of using their service department. Very disappointed with my recent experience at the Richardson Jeep service department. My Jeep is only two months old, and after the steering wheel controls stopped working, I brought it in for repairs. They repaired the steering wheel and replaced a tire that had a screw in it.
