We love this practice and Dr. Chris! My kids both started out with them having never been to the dentist as toddlers. They start the kids in a personal room, and make the first appointments short and easy. The kids always love the balloon animals after too! Love this practice for my child… the staff is friendly and professional, the office is cute and clean… the hygienists and Dentists are above and beyond amazing with kids. Today we had Kristy, who made my shy and slightly nervous daughter actually have fun at the dentist, and hardly even notice she was getting her teeth cleaned, and Dr. Yi was so sweet and informative as well. I’m so appreciative of them making both my child and myself feel comfortable and confident in their care!
I highly recommend this practice. After Dr. Maestrello left VCU and joined Atkins’ practice, I traveled an hour for my children to continue seeing him. I recommended his office to neighbors who also brought their children and had great experiences. Years later, I became a mom again, and now bring my youngest to the newer offices. Dr. Jasmine was amazing so professional I love how her team treated my children every one was amazing and friendly. They’re so patient with them especially with my 5 yr old who’s has always been afraid to go to the dentist but they are always make sure she’s okay and comfortable. Love the receptionist who right away reminded me about school notes in which I seem to go forget but she read my mind lol.
We had a great experience from check-in until it was time to leave. All staff we encountered were friendly; you felt welcomed and I could tell they enjoyed being there. They engaged with my 9 yo and helped calm the anxiety he was feeling. Always a pleasant experience when we visit with Dr. Ray Eddleton.
