Wonderful to deal with. Efficient, knowledgeable, and fair. We had some issues with a VA loan home inspection requirement that delayed our purchase and closing dates, which would of had an impact on our rate lock etc. The team went out of their way to help us. Kelly J. was outstanding to work with, very personable. Would highly recommend.
Michelle Powstanski was very helpful throughout my refinance process. She responded to all my questions quickly, and kept me updated on the status of my refinance. She made the whole process very easy.
