Staff is always friendly and polite. I like the NONE stress urgent care environment. Wait times are reasonable and I always feel like the doctors listen to me and what I need and am ok with for my treatments.

With the exception of the wait time, cuz literally no one else was there, patient wise, I appreciated the kindness of the staff and the doctor. The doctor himself apologized, for the wait and let me know himself, he needed to take one more phone call but offered me coffee or tea, which was nice. The actual appt time spent was short but I already knew what he confirmed. I was given antibiotics and note to stay home till Monday. Overall, I appreciated the spacious waiting room and politeness of the staff

I'm one that avoids a doctor visit if at all possible. I've lost faith in finding medical that wants to treat YOU..not your money. Well I HAD to go in. Let me tell ya, these people are Amazing. I didn't have to convince anyone what I knew my body was doing. And what I needed. Everyone was REAL, down to earth and kind, helpful and speedy and to the point. If I ever need medical again..no question..I'm ONLY going here. Nowhere else. TY RIDGEWAY!

Very caring group of lady’s… The lady at the check in deck was awesome. She help out a lot a my Insurance. The Nurse was very nice and helpful. And I could not ask for a better Doctor then May Hindmarsh…. Thank you all 🥰

Very positive experience from the time I checked in and throughout consultation with doctors and the NAD plus infusion. The doctors are compassionate, kind , knowledgeable and very approachable. My blood pressure usually spikes before doctor appointments but not at this clinic because I feel they genuinely care about you and your well being,
