Very Good The air conditioner struggled to cool the room at all and I would prefer a more capable unit. They also advised they could not check me in literally 20 minutes early due to policy; it's fair as that's the contract, but still disappointing.

Suprise in Ridgway! We had a room next to the road, so at night you could hear the cars/trucks pass by They offer breakfast but this is a burrito. It had eggs and bacon and so, but burritos are more of a lunch/dinner meal. It was a pleasant surprise! we arrived late and were welcomed by 2 friendly ladies at the reception. Rooms were clean and spacious. Everything was available in the room to make it a good stay. We were also able to have some dinner after arrival! Do taste the wings, they are GOOD!! good location, easy to get to hiking trails and walk downtown staff struggled with electronic key, electronic self check-in and I had to ask twice for dinner bill & order to be corrected. easy to walk everywhere

It was a nice stay and convenient location. Didn't realize there was no elevator so difficult for elderly dog to go up and down stairs. Also thought the salon would be bigger. Breakfast was good but limited. Nice that coupons were given for breakfast.
