Exceptional I was really upset that the pool and sauna were closed they said they've been working on it since January that's a bit extreme that used to be my favorite place to go just for the sauna and that's one of the reasons why I went and then it was close so it was a disappointing everything else was great

ridgway is a gem and we enjoyed the hotel the property was clean and quiet I bit of a walk to restaurants Wish I had time to try the star saloon

Very Good The rooms are older so as long as you are not expecting a 4 star hotel, you will enjoy your stay. The location, an easy drive to Telluride, Ouray, and Silverton. The staff were amazing, helpful and very nice.

Bathroom sink was clogged, took time to drain. Overall good and we will return. No continental breakfast. Location, friendly staff.

This place deserves a 10 This is a bold statement to make, but needs to be said: this was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. Not only is there a saloon on site serving great food but the employees (there were two lovely young ladies) were so kind and helpful. I had some trouble with the on-site laundry and they were incredibly attentive and responsive and I was able to get my laundry done!!! That was the best part after traveling for a week!
