Good location for visiting Telluride when flying in/out of Montrose. Breakfast not included. Using covid as an excuse to drop an included continental breakfast. Breakfast wasn't included. You had to pay extra for breakfast burritos. Older reviews said they gave you vouchers but that wasn't the case when I was there. Pre-covid hysteria reviews seemed to indicate a continental breakfast included w/ your room. quiet, relaxing and comfortable couldn’t think of anything our 3rd stay here. the location was perfect and quiet. food and drinks available and friendly staff.

Other than the disruptive fan The rest of the stay was pleasant terrible heat and fan system. Travelers like a constant fan when sleeping so as not to be disturbed by people in other rooms. The fan going on and off all night long was very very disruptive. everything was great except I like a constant fan when I’m sleeping. This heat- fan went on and off all night long. it interrupted my sleep often

front desk lady was nice to switch me rooms you half to pay for breakfast coffee I was put in a pet room with dog hair on floor was moved to a new room witch was clean an older lady was walking around asking people do you smell cigarette smoke the rooms where clean decorations very nice
