Very satisfied guest. Had a little glitch but the staff was great!! Everything was worked out and we had a great time in your beautiful little town. The hot tub wasn't working. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms where spacious and clean. I would diffenitly book at The Lodge again.

Pleasant Greeting when arriving was weird. I was barely acknowledged at the front desk until a minute standing there. Once that was done, I still had to wait quite awhile with no dialogue as the receptionist was preoccupied working on the problem on the computer. Eventually it came out that they were converting from physical keys to card keys, and they were having some problems with that. I was eventually given physical keys for a room on the first floor. Yes, we are upgrading our lock system which is based on RFID and will be able to provide guests with a Mobile - Bluetooth digital key option shortly. And yes, we have several WiFi networks at the hotel and based on your comments, we will rename the "Guest" network so it is more easily understood which network is Guest use. Adam, General Manager

Exceptional Nothing Loved that there is a restaurant and bar onsite! It’s also pet friendly and close to everything you need! We were there during a storm and when we were sitting in the dining room the lightning hit a transformer causing a power outage for about 3 hours. The staff never missed a beat, they were so amazing and accommodating!

Little Treasure Staff was super friendly, beautiful bar in the lobby, and comfortable and homey space. Great location to visit Ouray and Telluride for much less in price, and we really enjoyed Ridgeway, they have really great places to dine out. We will be back.

What happened in Room 219? It took a good 20 minutes to check in, and then a manager had to escort us to our room “to make sure the key worked.” The windows to our room were WIDE OPEN, and the AC was running full blast when we entered. Smokers in the room the previous night? The AC was very loud during the night. The room was clean but somewhat run down—more so than we would expect for the price of our stay.
