Close option vs expenssive stays in telluride. Amazing place for humans & fur family! Pet friendly. It’s a lodge with saloon. I enjoyed their local IPA. Food there is much much better than what we had in Telluride (which was very expenssive). Pizza & wings here are really good & right price! There was a band that night when we stayed. Centrally located and pets allowed I was travelling with dogs and have stayed in many hotels that allow animals, unfortunately, the hotel smelled badly of animal urine. A simple fix would be to tear out the carpet and put vinyl flooring in. The location of the hotel is right in town and close to everything. The staff and live music were great during our visit.

Great place to stay This is my go to lodge in the area. Food and bar if you need it. Even live music once in awhile.

The staff was great and I would stay there again. I would like to have a soft chair to relax in. I don't like to lay in bed to watch TV. I didn't get up in time to enjoy the breakfast! But the WINGS that I had for dinner were the greatest!

Somewhat disappointing after the propaganda on the website. Was not a great value for the price. Location was the only reason we chose to stay there and the fact that prices were even higher in Ouray. Only breakfast choice was "Breakfast Burrito". Location was good.
