Good Restroom design Poot due to door, keys needed for doors that were tricky. Housekeeping failed to clean and change towels, bed even though we left service room notice on door. Location good, bar readily available, pool and hot tub operable.

Cheaper than other hotels in the area but still overpriced for what you get. After a long day of hiking in the cold rain we were looking forward to a hot Jacuzzi. Water temperature was maybe 90*. When asked if it could be fixed, front desk did what they could but it wasn't until late (bed time) when he said he thought he fixed it. Our room air conditioner didn't blow cold air. Modest motel, clean, quiet and comfortable. No daily cleaning service. No Breakfast instead they provide a $5 discount coupon per person to use any time for food in the restaurant. Perfect location for Ouray and Telluride activities. Bar / Restaurant on site. Good wifi. Pleasant patio with chairs to have a drink or just relax. Nice pool. Really helpful and polite staff.
