Right Now is a very professional company. Collin, their tech came out to service our HVAC and he was on time, neat, polite and thorough. He didn't hard sell us anything even though our system is a dinosaur. He simply went through his 40 pt check list and gave us information on the system, did minor adjustments to improve the output, and reviewed settings to ensure efficiency. Fire alarms were going off. We could smell burnt components by the furnace. Called Right Now, they said would be there within 3 hours and they were. Benjamin Wilfongopened up furnace but didn't find anything on the furnace. We talked about the fan pulling odors from other rooms and that was why we smelled it at the furnace. He was very knowledgable and concerned about our safety. I recommend Right Now heating/air.

The guys were totally professional and made the effort to ensure that they kept our townhouse clean, due to the fact that the only access to our backyard (where the AC unit was located) was to go through the house, by putting down canvas drop clothes though out the house. They were also very courteous and professional and quick, They ended up having to add an additional part to the evaporation coil and that took a bit longer and they had to go and get the part besides. Tom took time to explain what I needed to know about the HVAC system. He also relieved concerns regarding plumbing issues I`d felt might need attention. It was a lot of money spent, but if at my age (81) this HVAC unit lasts as long as I last, (and I`m sure it`s going to) then I`ll be happy.
