Ali (one of their service reps) is world class and a credit to their company. After some initial frustrating/challenging interactions with some other members of their team, he came in and swiftly performed a thorough diagnostic which actually found the real problem that was previously overlooked. He also managed to have the new fix and parts provided at no additional cost. Please give this man a raise/promotion. He turned a potential detractor customer into a promoter!
We were very pleased Benjamin's. He accidently left the water heater pilot light off. We had to call a plumber to relight the pilot, as we did not know why we no longer had hot water. When we notified Right Now, they refunded the cost of the plumber service. * ******

Five stars for Ali! But I had to give 4 stars for the company because I paid a lot of money for a new premium AC unit and water heater, just to have the AC unit stop working two days later due to an install mistake (hot and miserable day). Ali came in and saved the day. I’ve appreciated everyone’s customer service and the professionalism of Right Now. I still feel confident and comfortable with my purchase, knowing that they will fix any mistakes or issues I have. I will stick with Right Now from now on and highly recommend.
