Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient...all qualities you would want in a company. Our new AC and hot water heater were installed by professional repairmen who kept us notified as to what they were doing. Couldn't ask for better service. These technicians were very friendly, prompt, and professional! I appreciated their honesty on what I needed and, more importantly, what I didn't need. There were no high pressure sales attempts and they informed me of what they were doing every step of the way. The communication between the company and me has also been excellent. I recommend this company to everyone who wants a good buy at a reasonable cost.

We had Right Now install new furnace,air conditioner, and tankless water heater. Every installer that came to our home was knowledgeable, polite and exceptionally aware of protocol procedures for the covid-19. Everything went smoothly for installations and start up procedures. However a problem arose with the circulation of the water in the tankless heater. This company went above and beyond to resolve the problem. My overall experience was outstanding. The three individuals were very polite. They responded to all questions clearly and concise so I was able to understand the process. The only suggestion I have is that the team ensure that screws are not laying on the ground when they leave. Luckily our cars didn't get a flat tire. GREAT SERVICE!!!
