Right Now installed our new furnace AND A/C units in March 2020 at our home in Meridian, ID. Excellent presentation by their trainer from Right Now, provided useful information and answered our questions. The installation crew (2) were polite, punctual, and completed the entire install in one day. We appreciate the professional excellence.
New furnace installation. All contacts involved were friendly and professional. I feel like my previous provider overcharged by comparison. Prompt and efficient. Technician was knowledgeable.
Overall=Great!.... The installation team was very professional and I enjoyed having them. I baked choc. chip cookies and gave them some and sent them on their way!

Right Now operates promptly to provide quotes and quality service. We started with a technical analysis of our heating and AC systems. The work was professional and the information useful. We decided to update the 8 year old AC, and add a solar operated roof vent. Pricing seemed on the high side, but we did not decide to get a second or third quote as we normally would. Josh, the service tech, was efficient and courteous and seemed to take pride in his work. I've been using this company for a couple of years now. When the service tech was going to be late I received a phone call from the service department letting me know he was going to be a little late.
